1. What were your initial goals when you started the program?

Losing weight

2. Did you achieve your initial goals? If so, what contributed to your ability to achieve your desired goals?

Yes, and more! I was able to stick to the plan that Tyler gave me and that really paid off. I chose to dedicate my lifestyle to his changes and really dive into the program.

3. Describe the most impactful parts of your individual experience with NHP.

When I started working with Tyler I felt really lost and shockingly my only goal was to lose some weight I had gained over the pandemic. However, by the end of the program I checked off more boxes than I ever imagined. Tyler’s holistic approach brought the clarity that I wasn’t able to find on my own when it came to nutrition and lifestyle. We started with food quality and then progressed into macros. We also discussed sleep quality and the importance of sleep during the entire process. During the 5 months that I worked with Tyler I was able to get to my goal weight, reach my fitness goals, and learn enough to have the tools to be successful on my own. The entire experience really changed my life in so many ways that weren't just nutrition related. I was able to gain confidence in myself again. It's hard to pinpoint the most impactful parts as I think the impact really came as we put all the piece together.

4. What would you tell someone considering signing up for the program?

This will change your life in the most positive ways possible.

5. Was there anything else about your experience you'd like to share?

Just want to say how thankful I am for this program and all the knowledge you shared with me. Life can be messy and confusing, but you gave me a successful path to navigate an area I was struggling with.
