1. What were your initial fitness goals when you started the program, and did you achieve them? How do you feel about your progress?
Initially I wanted to lose about 20-25 lbs. I also wanted to relieve my chronic back pain and be able to workout consistently.
I surpassed my goals and expectations! So far down 25+ lbs! This is the longest I have gone without back pain in years! I am not only working out consistently but have seen huge gains in the gym with strength and form! I am so so thankful!
2. How did the program affect your overall well-being and lifestyle? Did you notice any positive changes in your energy levels, mood, sleep quality, or stress management?
My entire life has changed! I wake up in the morning with energy and alertness. Something I had lost years ago. I am sleeping consistently 7+ hours a night. When I started I was sleeping 4-5 hours and waking up frequently. My husband says my entire mood/demeanor has changed. I am aware of my stress and have started viewing it differently.
I have Hashimoto’s and had just given up on relieving some of those symptoms. Even with medication I was still experiencing negative symptoms daily. I have seen a complete 180 in my daily symptoms and feel better than I have in years!
3. How would you describe the support and guidance provided by your coach throughout the program? Did they address your questions and concerns effectively?
It’s difficult to put into words the support I have felt from Tyler. He is such a great combination of knowledge, expertise, patience, honesty, encouragement, and tough love. The knowledge he has helps you understand the why. The specific program he has created takes into consideration your specific needs, goals, limitations, etc. I felt so confident making the changes in order to meet my goals because Tyler took the time (and patience) to explain and guide me.
4. Would you recommend this program to others looking to achieve similar fitness goals? If so, why?
100%! I am 41 years old and NEVER imagined achieving my goals at my age/lifestyle/schedule. Honestly no matter what your goals are-Tyler meets you there and helps your goals, values and specific needs align.
5. Was there anything else about your experience you'd like to share?
I am so thankful I found this program! It helped me evaluate my values and what I wanted long-term for myself and my family. I have had symptoms and issues for years that I thought were just the way things had to be. What started as a weight loss goal has become so much bigger as I have changed my view of food, exercise, sleep, and overall well-being. It’s easy to think as a busy mom that you can’t make sustainable changes. It is not only possible to make changes but it’s possible to thrive! The changes I have made are impacting my family and will continue for years to come. Thank you Tyler and NHP!
