Lose a little weight, tone up, and gain better knowledge and relief for existing gut issues.

2. Did you achieve your initial goals? If so, what contributed to your ability to achieve your desired goals?

Yes, and more! Determination to feel better, gaining a better knowledge about how different foods react to my body, working together with Daniel for accountability.

3. Describe the most impactful parts of your individual experience with NHP. What was the best part of the program?

Having a coach to take the time to listen to my gut issues, give me small steps to take each week and help troubleshoot any setbacks has been invaluable. No situation is exactly the same, so individual help was what I needed to breakthrough some issues. The right combination of supplements has been very helpful as well. The best part was gaining more knowledge and tools about how certain foods can react with my gut. Drilling down past the basics and breaking down the details. Seeing lasting results.

4. What would you tell someone considering signing up for the program?

If you want a comprehensive program that not only helps improve workout performance, but gives you insight into how the right combination of foods can help fuel your body each day, then this is the program for you! Get back to the basics.

5. Was there anything else about your experience you'd like to share?

I will take these tools with me for life. This is not a diet, but a way of eating for the health of your body.
