1. Briefly describe your experience with the Holistic Transformation Program:

When I started on the program I was a little skeptical. I was 11 months post partiam and having a hard time losing the baby weight on my own. I had tried “everything”. Within the first 2 weeks I was already feeling less bloated and losing weight.

2.       What were your initial fitness goals when you started the program, and did you achieve them? How do you feel about your progress?

My initial goal was to lose 20lbs. I achieved the goal! I feel proud.

3.       How did the program affect your overall well-being and lifestyle? Did you notice any positive changes in your energy levels, mood, sleep quality, or stress management?

I noticed a significant change in focus, the foggy brain struggles are gone

4.       How would you describe the support and guidance provided by your coach throughout the program? Did they address your questions and concerns effectively?

The supporting guidance I received throughout the program were pivotal to my success.

5.       What was the best part of the program?

The best part for me was finally getting results

6.       What would you tell someone that shared they were considering participating in the program?

I would tell them that I highly encourage them to participate in the program
