1. What were your initial goals when you started the program?

 Initially I wanted to feel better, gain some energy back and lose some weight. I 100% achieved my goals and will continue on the path that Tyler has layed out for me. I am extremely happy with the progress that I have made.

2. How did the program affect your overall well-being and lifestyle? Did you notice any positive changes in your energy levels, mood, sleep quality, or stress management?

 I feel like the program has given me some perspective on what to eat, when to eat, and how it makes me feel when I change that process up.  Everything changed for the better, mood, energy, and sleep.

3. How would you describe the support and guidance provided by your coach throughout the program? Did they address your questions and concerns effectively?

My coach (Tyler) was amazing. He was on point, engaged, knowledge filled and readily available any time I had questions. He gave good direction and held me accountable!

4. Would you recommend this program to others looking to achieve similar fitness goals? If so, why?

I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who is trying to have a lifestyle change. They would need to invest in themselves for a positive change and not be afraid to spend a little bit of money to help achieve their goals and give them some life back.

5. Was there anything else about your experience you'd like to share?

Most people will spend money on frivolous things and then balk at spending money on giving themselves a better life. This program is not something that gives you instant gratification like going to the store and buying something but if you put in the time you will gain better eating habits, sleeping habits, increased energy levels and knowledge you can carry with you for the rest of your life.
