Briefly describe your experience with the Holistic Transformation Program:

It was exactly as advertised, transformational. It transformed what I thought was possible, it transformed not only my outlook on health but also gave me an appreciation and understanding of what I CAN do about my health. It also gave me achievable yet challenging goals to strive toward and the tools necessary (information, education, guidance, direct communication, ownership, motivation, etc.) needed to achieve those goals.

What were your initial fitness goals when you started the program, and did you achieve them? How do you feel about your progress?

I wanted to lose weight, look better, feel better and utlimately live a fuller/longer, higher quality life than was my status quo/future. I have achieved all of these goals. I do want to see if I can ultimately get down to 190 while still looking muscular. I feel very confident.

How did the program affect your overall well-being and lifestyle? Did you notice any positive changes in your energy levels, mood, sleep quality, or stress management?

I don't know about stress management. I'm stressed about work and about my kids but having more control over my health makes it easier for me to tackle those challenges without having the distraction of my own physical health/physical state, to boot.

During the program, I saw improvements in:

Energy, Sleep and quality of rest, Aesthetics and body image, GI symptoms such as bloating and digestion, Food Cravings, Confidence, Practical nutrition and health knowledge

How would you describe the support and guidance provided by your coach throughout the program? Did they address your questions and concerns effectively?

Yes. Always.

What was the best part of the program?

I can see my abs again. Kidding- it's both the trajectory I'm on and the tools I now have to be able to take control of my physical future.

What would you tell someone that shared they were considering participating in the program?

Do everything he tells you do- blood tests, supplements, exercise. Don't short change yourself. I did all of this and the results would not have been the same if I'd let some of that go. This program takes commitment.
